Comfortable, very clean room. Convenient location. Delicious free breakfast. Very good restaraunt in the hotel.
They charge you for Internet if you want to use it.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and drink choices. The quality of the food was good and we enjoyed the selection available.- The hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. It was close to restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
The shower in the bathroom was uncomfortable and messy. It had a bathtub design that made it difficult to shower without getting water all over the floor.

Hotel is advertising free internet but during check in they informed us, that free is only first 30 min.! After unpleasant discussion they gave us this for free. Parking is problem too, hotel does not have enough parking spaces, after later arrival we had to park at public parking 200 mtr. from the hotel and in the morning get up early and change car place before breakfast, hotel does not mention this problem ( this is free parking without necessary reservation? ).

The hotel provided free private parking, which was very convenient for me during my business trip. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the town center. The staff were polite and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a variety of options.
The room I was given was small and outdated, with tired furnishings. The bed was uncomfortable, and I had trouble sleeping.

In terms of offering Internet access: they still do not get it. It was too slow to even use. Then after an 1/2 hour the hotel wanted to charge me 10 euro. They need to get in the 21 century. The breakfast could be better too.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Saalfelden! The location couldn't be better, right in the center of the village. I loved being able to explore the beautiful surroundings and the convenience of having everything within walking distance. The staff here provided exceptional service, always friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like the heating, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. The hotel's spa area was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in Saalfelden.

I had a fantastic stay at a historic property in the old town center. The rooms were spacious and stylishly modernized. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had fluffy bathrobes and slippers for the spa.
One thing to note is that parking was a bit tricky across the street and the location wasn't ideal for a ski holiday. However, it was a lovely spot for a night.

Spent the New Year in a hotel and the two things that stand out are the excellent breakfast and the lovely little spa with a sauna. The location was also ideal, in the heart of the town, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The private parking was useful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The beds were not very comfortable, and the wifi signal in the room was weak. The room was also a bit too small for our liking, and we found it difficult to move around.
